I have over 4 years of experience administering and architecting an enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environment of 1000+ users. I also consolidated over a dozen email tenants into our corporate email system.

I've spent over 4 years working in an enterprise-level Azure tenant. I've worked extensively with Azure Automation to automate and orchastrate several dozen business processes. I've configured and deployed several Azure VMs, and even helped design a custom JIT Bastion VM deployment system. I've also integrated with several Azure services including Key Vault, Azure Storage/Tables, and Azure Cosmos DB.

I have worked extensively with AWS Route53, including integrating several key processes/programs, utilizing the AWS SDK for .NET. I have a solid understanding of AWS IAM roles, and have configured several targeted policies. I've also worked with other AWS services such as: Polly, Transfer Family, and S3.

I assisted in the deployment and planning of a new ServiceNow instance, which included redesigning our change management process, configuring incident management, and maturing our ITSM process. I've also built several custom integrations for ServiceNow, allowing it to interact with external services.

For over 4 years, I've administered an enterprise-level Mimecast tenant. This included tasks like creating/maintaing policies, implementing new services, managing queues, and creating complex routing structures.

I have over 4 years of experience writing very complex PowerShell for enterprises. I've done everything from scripting a full email migration, to building user interfaces, and building wrappers for dozens of APIs, all in PowerShell. I was also lucky enough to be invited to give a presentation on PowerShell at the East TN chapter of LOPSA.

I have leveraged .NET to design several web apps. These web apps accomplished several goals including: building a custom front-end for managing Active Directory users, managing a SaaS VOIP system, and custom interface for Route53 DNS, which implented AAD RBAC via SSO. I have also bulit some custom .NET libraries, such as the EasyRedir SDK linked below.

While my experience with Java is largely academic, I am very familiar with the language and I've built several worthwhile applications. As a course project, I built a local bookstore application utilizing JavaFX as a front-end for the Google Books API.

I've built several websites both in my career, and during my education. One great example of my experience is this very website. I designed the layout, styling, logic myself. I utilized Jekyll the backbone for the blog portion of the website, and Boostrap v5.0 provides the layout.

I've interacted with dozens of APIs in my career, so I have a very solid understanding how APIs work and how to use them. I've written complex wrappers for various APIs, and even built a few smaller APIs of my own to accomplish management tasks.

As an intern, my first project when joining Ministry Brands was to automate the migration of over 100 DNS hosted zones between providers. While it was a trial by fire of sorts, I learned a lot about DNS and I've continued to grow that knowledge as I've progressed.

As the admin of an organization that heavily utilizes Azure Active Directory for SSO, I've the opportunity to learn a lot about SAML and it's various features. I've configured and maintained 30+ SAML applications, each with their own unique features. I've also integrated SAML into my own internal applications, utilizing true claims-based RBAC.
